WHAT MOVES US, WHAT DRIVES US
Philosophy, mission statement
We have been realising building projects at home and abroad for over 40 years. Our specialisation is temporary accommodation, a segment in which we have gained a reputation in the sector as an able partner for building owners, investors and operators of international hotel companies and care facilities. We address the needs of all the various parties involved in the project and develop ideas, concepts and buildings that will remain efficient in future and stand the test of time.
Demolition or redevelopment? We provide the basis for decision-making. Our visionary mindset not only delivers exceptional building concepts, but also manifests in the form of realisable architecture. We believe beyond doubt that great ideas can be successfully brought to fruition. Our strengths include concept studies, re-utilisation concepts for stock buildings, valuations and the provision of substantiated statements on property quality. Our buildings are synonymous with high quality standards and sustainable costs, whereby we specifically focus on the long-term cost efficiency of a project. Our particular expertise is the development of easily accessible properties in city-centre locations.
WHAT MAKES US SUCCESSFUL
How we work
At our location in Esslingen/Stuttgart, we work with a team of colleagues who are highly qualified in a variety of fields, including urban planning, architecture, interior design, construction technology and project inception. We continue to expand; and in addition to our branch office in Leipzig, we now also operate an office in Bratislava.
Teamwork is a priority for us. We have a flat organisational structure and put a premium on a pleasant working atmosphere and collegial conduct. We form small teams for specific building tasks, who then work together for the term of the projects in question. We maintain active communications with our other locations and provide the option of collaboration on given projects. A broad network of specialists encompassing geologists, landscape designers, building physicists, structural engineers, building service technicians and survey engineers provides support for our projects.
